Its Too Late

Dirty windows, dusty floor,
And on the ground apple cores,
No one cared what they did,
They all hated little kids.

They didnt think that right here,
Jesus might just appear,
But when he came,
It was too late to change.

While hey were having a fight,
He walked over quietly,
treading over a trampled kite.

He flipped through a book and gave a sigh,
Then someone gave cry,
"Jesus no! It cant be you!,
We were too busy acting cool,
I've not yet been saved,
I know i'm not safe!"

Shaking sadly, Jesus said" Son"
"Go to heaven you just can't"
" Oh Lord, the people around me claimed to be clean,
But a Bible they've never even seen,.
Then Jesus said " So, they acted cool"
"What does that have to do with YOU?"

A gasp excapes from the latter's lips,
"Oh Lord, then where will i go?"
"Dear child, you already know"
"No no! that place is too hot,
It'll be like in a boiling pot!"

"I'm sorry dear child,
But its too late,
Now just go,
And accept your fate.
